A little transparency

Useful signals.
A little privacy.

The collection follows what visitors choose to explore. Here is what that means for your visit.

How product order changes

Opening a product, exploring its gallery, or following its website link can add one interest click. Each product counts at most once per browser per UTC day. The highest all-time total comes first; ties keep the maker’s chosen order. The order updates when the collection loads, so cards stay put while you browse.

These are interest signals, not verified people, purchases, or product ratings. Opening this privacy page, browsing a page without clicking a product, or following the support and social links does not add a product click.

A fresh browser identifier each day

When you first click a product, the site keeps a random daily identifier and a short list of products already counted in this browser’s local storage. This avoids counting repeated clicks. The entry is called livedspark-interest-v1; it is replaced when a product is clicked on a new UTC day.

The ranking feature sends the product ID and daily random identifier to this website. A duplicate-check record contains the product ID, UTC date, a one-way hash of that daily identifier, and a random receipt ID. It does not contain the raw browser identifier, page URLs, search terms, IP address, user agent, name, or email.

Records older than yesterday (UTC) are removed when another product click is processed. A quiet period can delay that cleanup. Aggregate product totals remain for ranking.

The AI studio helper

Ask LivedSpark is an AI assistant. Sending a message shares that message and a limited recent conversation with OpenAI to prepare a reply. The optional microphone uses GPT Transcribe to put speech into the editable message box; speaking does not send a chat message until you choose Send. The helper uses published studio FAQ answers and the public product catalog. The owner’s brainstorming notes, unpublished FAQ drafts, private projects, applications, and API credential are not supplied as visitor chat context. Avoid entering passwords or other sensitive information in chat.

The conversation stays in the current page’s memory and is not restored after a reload. Voice recordings are processed in memory and are not saved in the studio database. Short-lived private transcript receipts support safe retries. Private reply and transcript records expire with the 30-minute chat session and support safe retries without making the same paid request twice. Expired replies are cleared when a later chat session opens; a quiet period can delay cleanup. Rate metadata is removed after an additional day on a later session request. Rate limits use one-way network identifiers rather than raw addresses. The helper cannot agree to a project, confirm a payment, or send messages to anyone. Its ideas are starting points for the maker to review.

If you choose to share your idea, review the editable summary and contact details, then explicitly allow personal follow-up. Only that submitted contact request enters the private Leads dashboard. Starting a chat alone does not create a project application or grant permission to contact you.

Updates and personal follow-up

The quick contact pop-up starts with Discord and also lets you share a phone number for personal follow-up. Email is an optional alternative. You choose whether to add your name or a short note, and explicitly allow the maker to contact you. Details and permission records are stored privately in the studio’s Cloudflare database and are visible only to the authorized studio owner. Contact details are self-reported and unverified. Existing product-update signups retain their recorded preferences.

The pop-up may appear after a confirmed application submission, or when an engaged desktop visitor moves toward the top edge to leave. It stays closed while the questionnaire is in progress and never blocks navigation. It remembers display and dismissal times in browser storage so it does not repeatedly interrupt your visit; contact details and private management links are not saved there. It uses a short-lived secure cookie and one-way daily network identifiers to limit spam and duplicate submissions. Raw network addresses are not stored in the leads database. The private management link shown after signup can stop future updates and personal outreach for that signup. Keep the link private. Contact details are retained privately for the owner’s review after an opt-out, with outreach disabled. Signing up does not send an automatic email or post your information to Discord or the product catalog.

Project applications and Discord

Sign in with Discord to begin the Work with me application. The questionnaire keeps an unfinished draft in this tab's session storage so a reload or later sign-in does not erase your saved answers. The Clear draft control removes it. Answers are sent to the studio only when you choose Submit application after signing in with Discord.

Discord sign-in requests basic identity only: your numeric account ID, username, and display name. It does not request your email, messages, server memberships, or password. Discord access tokens are used during sign-in and are not retained by this site. The site uses a separate secure session cookie lasting up to eight hours, a ten-minute sign-in state record, and hashed rate-limit keys. Expired sign-in records are cleared during later sign-in attempts; a quiet period can delay cleanup.

Submitted answers, your Discord identity, submission date, and application reference are stored privately in the studio's Cloudflare database for the maker to review and respond to your inquiry. Applications are retained for review until the maker removes them. They are not added to the product catalog or posted to Discord automatically. Do not include passwords, API keys, payment details, or other confidential material. Budget and timing selections are planning information; submitting an inquiry does not place an order or accept a contract.

Optional voice typing and AI tools

When voice typing is available, clicking its microphone control sends short recordings to OpenAI through this website to turn speech into text. Recordings are not saved in the studio database. Transcribed text appears in the field for you to review, edit, or remove; it is not submitted as an application until you choose Submit application. You can stop or cancel recording at any time, or type instead.

The studio owner can keep private project notes and choose specific notes to send to OpenAI to prepare an implementation prompt. Only those selected notes and the project name are sent for that action. Generated prompts remain private and editable. The owner's API credential is encrypted at rest and is never included in public pages or returned by the settings API. OpenAI processes requests under its API data policies.

Payments and project care

Buy Me a Coffee processes support, purchases, and membership billing on its own website. Signed notifications can send this studio a transaction reference, amount, currency, payment or refund status, a note you include, and membership status and dates. Card and bank details are not stored by this website. These records stay private to the studio owner.

Buy Me a Coffee does not verify your Discord identity. I review payment references with you before matching a verified payment to an application and its agreed price. A support contribution, membership update, or checkout return alone does not confirm that a project has been paid for. Refunds change the current payment record. Membership updates show subscription state; they are not a complete record of renewal charges or historical income.

Applying is free. Project prices and monthly care are scoped before work, and recurring billing and cancellation terms are shown by the payment provider before you subscribe. My project and care guide explains the current options.

Your browser choices are respected

With Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled, the ranking feature does not create browser storage or report clicks. If local storage is unavailable, browsing still works and clicks are not reported. Clearing this site’s browser data removes the local identifier and counted-product list. A later product click can then create a fresh identifier, so these totals do not count unique people.

There are no advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts in this feature. Private owner previews do not report product clicks. Website hosting still receives the normal requests needed to serve pages, and linked product, payment, and support services have their own privacy information.
